Information, not advice

We publish general information to help businesses compare accounts and offers. We are not a bank, lender or financial adviser, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation that a product suits you. Consider your own circumstances and read the provider's terms before you apply.

Accuracy

We take figures, fees and offer conditions from providers' own published pages and show the date we checked them. Providers can change their products, fees and offers at any time, so information may be out of date. The provider's own terms always take priority over anything on this site. If you spot an error, please tell us.

Links to providers and how we're paid

Some links and codes on this site are referral or affiliate links. If you open an account or buy a product through them, the provider may pay us. This doesn't change the price or offer you get. Our affiliate disclosure explains which providers may pay us. We don't control third-party websites and aren't responsible for their content, products or services. Any agreement you make is between you and the provider.

Offers and rewards

Sign-up offers, cashback and rewards are provided and paid by the provider, under the provider's terms. We can't guarantee that you'll be accepted for a product or that a reward will be paid, and we can't pay rewards ourselves.

Using our content

The content and design of this site belong to Startup Deals Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use. Don't copy, republish or sell our content without written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

Our liability

We provide the site free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions about financial products. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
